Malleable photos
Malleable photos
after almost 30 years of erectile dysfunction it is time for me to decide. I will start by saying that for me the problem is almost exclusively psychogenic and that the situation is not improving to the point where I can call myself a free man. Free of my choices of who my partner is, given that even though I am a pleasant man, the various terrible events in my life have led me to be an unhappy person. At 48 I was looking for CERTAINTY and I do not want to spend the last years of my sensual life asking myself questions about what I could have done. I have taken pills, the pump works but not as I would like and now I am looking for confirmation of what my penis will be like if I have a penile prosthesis installed in order to take this step. If you have a way, show me what your penis is like with a malleable prosthesis, the only prosthesis that I can afford financially. Thank you.

Almost every malleable eventually will need guidance by hand...still won't compromise penetration (if sized properly) and better than being sliced open multiple times in a matter of few years..

Thanks! By far the best malleable video I've seen. What brand is it, please?
The Reddit malleable clip shared in another thread was a bit discouraging.
Could you also share a video that confirms the bending of a 13 mm diameter implant? I'm not sure what diameters these are and I hear that 13mm version is the hardest to bend.

yes ,better than all that hardware going inside and having it done multiple times .
but mine has fallen down on its own from day one .
it did not progress to that state .
i would prefer it did stand and stay that way after being pulled up . so i could strut around showing off .
but its stiff and is good for doing what the girlies like . when on my back its stays up . but when standing , no.
i wonder if that doctor used the method of not going inside the cavernous ?
the vids are in arabic , so no luck on what he is saying . there is mention of that procedure in the translated comments as an option .

Thank you.
Now deciding is even more difficult!
The first video gives confidence: the others seem less comforting to me!

Let's cut the hype for a second. You have to accept the cold fact that malleables have lower patient and partner satisfaction rates compared to inflatables. The girth offered by malleables are inferior to inflatables. There are a small number of highly satisfied malleable patients and partners in the US, and many more across the globe where insurance reimbursement is zero for inflatables and their subsequent revisions. Malleables have lower rates of infection and mechanical malfunctions. Inflatables, however, have an increased risk of device infection and mechanical breakdowns.
