What is your experience about pills..we get used of them after some years..even in the biggest dose? I think i get used to them and injections dont like me..it is time for an implant even i am very young and it isi most physiological problem..sometimes pills work some others not..if i have sex every day for example they don't work..i i try have sex two three times per week they work...i know it is psychological most but i get tired of this situation..i am 37 years and i want every day having sex without thinking pills ..but before i get an implant I want some opinions about pills..should i try bigger dose for example 20 mg sindelafil with some mg tadalafil together?

20mg of sildenafil is a small dose. 100mg is a daily maximum. So you can just increase dose of sildenafil. I know the man who take 100mg every day during many years. You can take tadalafill 5mg everyday and take sildenafil before sex.

I'm 32 years old and use 100mg of sildenafil and a helix band that ties bills together like a ring!
You should try a ring before getting an implant; it's a complex surgery
