I'm 75 and work heavy construction how long after Implant before I can do pick and shovel, use wheel barrow

my doctor told me 6 weeks before doing any heavy work.
67 yrs old. Married 41 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.
