Any comments on him, his work, follow-up, procedures, etc... are most welcome. It is my impression he solely uses AMS devices, tries to use minimally invasive suprapubic approach, and that he keeps his patients in the hospital overnight. If you search for "Karpman" using the search function on the implant forum, you will find a few of his patients.
