Curious why people change to a different manufacturer
I have seen many posts where people have initially received an AMS implant then switch to Coloplast and vice versa. It appears that both IPP brands fail an equal amount. Just curious as to what prompted your decision to change brands. Thanks
52 years old. ED since early thirties. Pills initially worked, but became ineffective. Pre-op size 7.25" X 5.5" girth. Implanted by Doctor Kadee Thompson May 8th, 2025 with 24 CM AMS700CX-Tenacio pump. 1CM RTE on left and 2CM RTE on right.

I have more hope for the third alternative -Rigicon, they seem to have more incentive to create good implants, the other 2 companies own the market and dont bother fixing the bugs because the bugs mean double or triple earnings for them

Diffuse tunica fibrosis from stretching/jelqing.
Several small circumferential fibrosises. Sex and masturbation makes it worse.
