Last night before bed i noticed my scrotum was very itchy and stung slightly when i touched it, on further investigation noticed i have developed a new rash, unsure what it is as its not something I've had before. Woke up this morning its definitely still there just a lot less angry. My sack did become very dry after the operation and I have flaky skin all over the place and the skin went rock hard all over my sack. That has all settled down this week and now i got this.

Do we think this is something i should be concerned about or just leave it alone? obviously I'm terrified of any potential infection and with me going into week 3 this is the golden time things like that start showing up.

Use 100% Organic Aloe Vera twice daily for healing and to prevent skin infections. Use Vaseline twice daily for moisturizing. These will help with extreme dry skin, flaking, and itching. Don’t know if they will help with rash or not.

Do not scratch. If you start leaking, that’s concerning.

I think my wound is healing well it looks messy but its all scabbed up and the stitches are starting to fall out which i see as a positive, i cant see any discharge from the wound i'll pop a picture on and you can see some of that dry skin i mentioned, funnily enough the rash is on the opposite side. But i have just applied some moisturiser now and the poor thing absorbed it like a sponge. i will start applying some moisturiser daily now and see how it fairs up in a couple of days i've also just put on some very snug underware to stop it rubbing or anything

RM, that looks like the type of rash that by wife gets from time to time when something in the clothing or liquid detergent doesn't go well with her skin, it's called urticaria.
She is very careful with the liquid detergent she uses which is all clear type. She will use clobetasol cream, if it is a bad outbreak but the other times she just uses ceraVe to keep the skin moist to prevent it from getting worse.

It doesn't look like anything that affect your implant, just a skin issue.

If it persist, I would get it checked out.

Good Luck,
SWorks
