Yes, for me those tips are right at the frenulum, the sensitive spot just below the glans on the bottom side of the cock.
It is not a problem, but it is the one thing about my bionic cock that I found a little weird, in terms of how it feels from the outside. When everything is pumped way up, the tips don't feel much different from the cylinders, but when I'm deflated, the cylinders are soft but that last third of an inch or so is still hard. The skin right there is surprisingly thin, but I have no reason to think it's any different than before the operation. I think it just feels different because that one little bit of my cock stays hard even when everything else is soft, if that make sense.
It's never been a problem during sex and it's not something a partner has ever commented on. Mostly when a partner is feeling that area though, I'm already pretty pumped up.

how many millimeter tissue do you think there is between the outside of the skin and the implant?
it feels not like a lot.
are you afraid it might erode?

When half-erect or less, yes, the tips can be felt next the the bottom of the glans. Erect, no tips!
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.
Re: can you feel the tip of the implant through your skin/shaft?
Agree with others. If I pull the glans back they will protrude out pretty sharply. Recently my wife has complained if I go in sideways, as in her on her back and me beside her laying under her leg closest to me, the tips poke her insides. This is the only position that causes this. Think I might be a tad undersized and a little floppy unless very stimulated. All other positions are great. This has just been a problem recently. I max to the point of running out of fluid and pump ball goes flat for the last 1-1/2 years so maybe my tissue is stretching out a little more and no more length of implant to go out to tip.
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

Yes you cant feel the tips in the glands, no my wife cant feel them. I have great glands engorgement, assuming thats why she cant tell, kinda surprised others wives can.

I can feel the tips of my implant if I physically search for them with my fingers. When having sex, the person I'm having sex with can't feel them. Several sex partners have no idea I've received a penile implant.

The answer to that depends on how much natural girth you have. If your girth is on the smaller side. I bet that the tissue might be thin over the cylinders.
Erosion is usually where the cylinders can exert pressure on a small spot. Usually in the distal tips. Lots of contact area in the rte area. Penis head tissue is probably the thinnest spot thus most likely to erode if you was oversized.
