Tomorrows the day!
Many years on Viagra until it didnt help,I moved onto Trimix 5 years ago and it now has limited effect.Time to move on to The Implant.

67 yrs old, married ro my beautiful wife for 43 years..oral meds did the job beginning at 58 until undergoing RPS at age 64, Trimix worked until it didn't. Implanted with 20cm Titan (no RTEs) by Dr Levine on 3/18/24

Surgery went well pain is minimal right now but figuring it may ramp up once the meds wear off more.
moderate swelling all around the sack and fat pad.
Biggest issue is incredible burning at the tip when peeing...hoping it subsides SOON!

I dont know yet, will find out on my 1st follow up

Spoke with Dr assistant today when he called to check in on my recovery.
Asked what device he used and it's a Titan dont know size yet.

Imo ... you can't go wrong with either. I was just curious. Did he infrapubic or penoscrotal implantation?
