Need recommendation for VED guard/shield/collar

Postby DeadlineDave » Wed Apr 03, 2024 10:44 pm

I've been doing the VED routine espoused by Dr. Clavell in his video, with a Rodsmen twist at the end.

Clavell says pump to max for 15 seconds, rest, then again for 10-15 times holding the last one 2-3 minutes.

Rodsmen mentioned he saw good gains towards the end of his VED therapy when he held for 30 minutes. What a tough man. I'm up to 4 minutes and it ain't easy. I thought I'd add 30 seconds each session, but that may be too ambitious.

The discomfort in the shaft is tolerable because stretching=growth. I hope. But the worst discomfort is where it presses into the pubic bone area at the base. I ordered a cushiony "collar" from somewhere, and it looked like it would be good except the hole through which you insert was ridiculously small.

Does anyone have a source or a suggestion for one of these "collars?"

Thanks!

I got this, but it seems the opening is too narrow. I wonder if it expands enough. What is your experience with that?

It expanded for me and I'm now very comfortable after daily usage.

If you feel discomfort during your first time use, you can run it in hot water for a minute and it softens and expands well. That added warmth is a plus too!
