Has anyone worn or know the difference between the AMS LGX Vs the Coloplast titan in terms of rigidity?

Hello, I am currently considering going for the implant, I have venous leak, I get an erection but it is impossible to maintain it, I spoke with a doctor from Spain who is quite an expert and he told me that for someone young like me, 32 years old, he does not recommend the LGX AMS because it has little rigidity, compared to the Coloplast Titan...

Does anyone know anything about this?

this is BS, my LGX is hard as the steel when inflated to the max (in my case with LGX 18 more than 20 solid pumps, or 40 partial pumps)

the rigidity should not be the deciding factory between LGX or other model

My urologist told me the LGX is floppy when inflated... Really wish I could feel one in hand to judge for myself.

MY LGX is as Hard as a glass dildo when pumped max. Starts hurting in 15 minutes though. They are way harder than a natural erection. At your age dont worry about hard, concentrate on longivity of the life of the implant. That number is all over the place on here also.

From all I’ve read on here for many years I’ve never heard anyone say that their implant wasn’t hard enough when inflated! No matter what kind or length. I’ve heard complaints of possible undersizing where the glans is floppy but never a single comment about the implant not being regid enough. I think I’ve read them all the last several years and never ever been an issue so either brand would be plenty sufficient. About the only cases I’ve read that a Titan was “necessary” was when the Dr is trying to overcome a curvature as in pyronies disease or in some cases when someone has a longer than average penis.

I have a Titan and if the LGX is even 25% less rigid than the Titan it’s like a railroad spike. My natural erections which in my good days years ago were 30% less rigid than what I have now.
Dont worry about it, itll be plenty hard no matter the brand

I was implanted on January 2nd with an AMS LGX. I am simply amazed with it. When full inflated it is like a rock! Initially I lost about an inch in length. I was about 6" and had 5 to begin with. Right now I've gained back 3/4. I've been cycling since mid February. If this keeps up I should surpass my original length. You won't go wrong with an AMS LGX.

It amazes me how this urban legend keeps coming back to life.

Lets think for a moment. I think the key factor to rigidity is the pressure inside the implant. Despite the brand, the pumps are basically the same & Titan users do not have any inherent super hand strength. Lots of users of both brands report that their wives/gf prefer sex at some point less than max pumped. So its just a man thing wanting the baddest erection he can get. Not the erection that his wife wants. My dr even cautioned me to not wear my wife out early on if I wanted a sex life.

As for the pressure that the pumps can deliver. If you have four different brands of tires on your car & they are all pumped to the same psi. Is there a difference??

What's your girth with LGX?

I think you’re asking the wrong question both products will give you great hard ons, the thing about the Lgx that never gets talked about and
I didn’t realize when I opted for it is this. The Lgx mimics the real cock, designed to shrink so if you do a lot of sports or like the shrinkage then its a good choice. I for one of many kinda like the “ shower” aspect of the implant which was a surprise to learn that about myself. A Titan will have much better shower aspects then the Lgx, my Lgx shrinks over 1.5 inches if I ever need a revision, probably go with the cx or Titan for this reason. Ie, do you want to be a shower or a grower?
