I had a follow up appointment with my dr and it was confirmed with a ct scan that the reservoir was empty and there was fluid outside indicating a leak . Unfortunately due to life and work schedule I won’t be able to get in for him to fix it until the 23rd of April. Hopefully it is something simple like a tubing splice that can be fixed easily.

I would ask or insist on a whole new device. Both my AMS reps ( the local one to me and the rep at Boston Scientific) said they don't do or recommend partial replacements - they replace the whole thing. She told me that the cylinders and pump are pre made at the factory with the only connection needed being the reservoir because they had two different types available. At least in my case that's the way my units arrived. I don't think I'd trust them removing and replacing just the pump - that's three lines that need to be connected and to many chances for it fail in my opinion.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder. Now awaiting third surgery unknown failure.

Yea good point , I was just thinking it is probably on the low pressure side between the reservoir which like you said already has a splice. If it were on the high pressure side of the pump it would have ran out of fluid way before the two months. Also once I pumped it up it wouldn’t loose pressure on the cylinders until I deflated it. If the pump is bad I agree that the whole replacement would be better for longevity
