no pain when pumped to max

I am 10 weeks out (cant believe it)...when I pump as far as I can go, it doesnt hurt - which I guess is good. I think I ran out of saline bc I dont feel a "stretch" per se. Only been cycling 9 days. does sensation change as tissue expands or am I basically maxed out?

what is your total implant length and total erect size?

BTW: if you have reached your pre-op size then just don't worry and have fun since you are pain free

I'm 3 months out and I have never had pain when pumped to the max, even when keeping it inflated overnight. I felt no stretching either. I asked my surgeon if the "no pain, no gain" rule applied and he said that some men don't feel pain and to just keep at it. I know I have more saline left in the reservoir because the pump is full and hard after the last pump. Many of the experienced members say it take months, even a year, to maximize your length.

Just keep at it :)

As far as sensation, I had a recent post on this and the experienced members say that it gets better with time.

not sure what implant size they used, I am like 7 1/8 - 7 1/4 erect but girth is barely 5 or just over. I lost a little with ED, but still got morning erections so not that much loss. I know I was thicker a few years ago and now my penis is oval shaped.

Maximum pumps and fully inflated are not the same. Initially I can get in 10-15 pumps. I do the Perito exercises and I can add more pumps. I continue doing the exercises and pumping for about 45 minutes before I consider it fully maxed out. That's when it gets painful.

Do Perito exercises really work for Titan implants? can't bend mid shaft once inflated

Dr. Perito states that the Titan is primarily what he uses

I can bend mine up and down with considerable effort but not sideways, and I can never get any extra pumps afterwards.
