first sex after surgery was disappointing

I waited until I was 3 months out before I put it to use for the first time. I couldn't reach orgasm and I think it's because of lack of sensitivity. I guess that will get better over time. At least it wasn't painful.

Darn, i didnt have that sensitivity issue, reqd lots of others say it gets better over time, hang in there.

Was sensitivity fine pre op? I have heard some say sex at 85-95 percent maxed out helps with blood flow to the glands, might be worth a try.

Yeah, IMHO 90 days in- isn't enough time for full healing.
I was roughly 6 months in before I was at that sweet spot of painless , full sensation sex.

Give it a little more time, let things fully acclimate in your body and you will be fine.

I agree to just give it some more time. I had a really hard time achieving an orgasm for months after my implant but over time everything has returned to normal. I know it is easier said than done but relax and let your body heal. One year out if you are half as happy with your implant as I am, you will be overjoyed.

Thanks, guys. I may try tadalafil to see if that helps in the interim, but I really don't like taking pills.

I totally agree with others. It took several months before I started getting my sensitivity back. By 6-8 months it was mostly back and was much easier to achieve a big O. After the year mark it’s 99% of the time! Hang in there. Several of Clavel and perito videos talk about it will be a full year before it is all back to normal, and I agree! At about 6-8 months you feel like it’s all back but by 12-14 you realize it’s still getting better.

I think I cheated....I'm out 6 weeks post surgery. Around 3 - 4 weeks post surgery, my thing had that sensation when i would touch it in the shower.....(You know, that 10 year old feeling when you discovered you had a thingy). To make a long story short, my wife was examining my healing progress. She, out of curiosity, started touching the tip and soothing the head......damn, I shot it off. I have always had control of my orgasms. I believe, "Lay awhile, Stay awhile". I just hope this early urge to cum is not something that happens when the Johnson is pumped up. Maybe I shouldn't have been experimenting. But I must admit, my sensitivity is more sensitive than before surgery. Maybe it's due to the surgery. This entire process is all new to me. Old Guy, replied to one of my posts.....I was OK to feel that sensitivity.

That need to release feeling started on me about 3 1/2 weeks after implant. Trying to do anything just made soreness increase which kept me from going further. At 5 1/2 weeks doc released me, came home and masturbated. Next night sex with wife felt good during, had a nice orgasm, but hurt afterwards. Took a few months for things to settle in and feel alright.
