What is or was your cycling with Perrito excercises routine?

Postby jasejuk » Tue Mar 12, 2024 11:36 am

Hi Guys

I have watched the Perrito exercise videos and know how to do the exercises.

I do a few bends, then pump a little more and leave it at that, as Im not sure how much I should do it.

What I am not sure about, and which I can't find on the videos or on FT, is how much of this we can do.

Do we keep moving it left to right and up and down for a period of time? Or maybe 5 times each session per day?

I would appreciate any of your experiences and advice. Maybe you know an old thread that I missed that covers this topic.

Thanks

My surgeon told me to inflate the implant 4 times each day for the first year, for a half hour each time. I did that and the LGX 700 grew over an inch in length. I didn't hear about the Perito techniques until about 9 months into that regimen, but my doctor also told me to inflate to the maximum possible and then "play with it" for about 5 minutes after inflating, and then to pump as much more into it as possible. I did that for the most part, though I probably didn't play for a full 5 minutes, and added more of the Perito bending and stretching for the last few months. I always had, and still do, success in adding more pumps in after the physical manipulation. I was very satisfied with the LGX growth over that first year. Have grown very little since, if at all, but that's fine and understandable.

You probably should make sure your doctor is OK with whatever you choose. I'm not a doctor and this isn't advice, just info. I hope you have the success you want. Let me know if you want to discuss further.

I pumped twice daily for 30 minutes. Added the perito exercises about the 7-8 week and continued this for about a year. I would pump to max bend it in all directions a couple times add pumps repeat til I couldn’t add pumps.on rare occasions I might miss a session, but most times twice daily. Probably once or twice a week the wife would get me off and or have sex. These were xtra on top of twice daily. At a year I went to 2-3 times a week and stopped the perito exercises because I totally maxed out my implant. It scared me the first time it happened. I was maxed and trying to add a little more with a LoT of pressure and the ball just didn’t reinflate. I assumed it ran out of fluid or I had a leak. Now almost a year and every time I get to the max it just stops refilling. It never fails to max to a rock hard level so assuming it’s maxed all it’s going to. I’ve heard several others including a friend of mine have similar situation with max pumping. My erection is rock hard. I got all my original length back and about a 1/4” of additional girth so totally happy with it!

Thank you

My consultant at the post op appointment mentioned Perrito as the top surgeon for InfroPubic surgery. He didn't say much when I mentioned cycling. He just said it's a good idea to pump it up at times if you're not using it for sex.

The guys at UCLH London mostly want to get you a working dick. They cover many penis-type surgeries, including reconstructions, and my guess is they are not into getting patients to train and get the most out of their dicks.

For post-op stuff I am happy to follow the guys in here and advice from surgeons like Perrito as long as I do the exercises correctly.

Thanks for your experience. Very useful.

Thanks for sharing, and it's good to know you got your length back.

You might be able to answer this.

I watched the Perrito video and he shows us to hold the penis at the base and kind of bend it left and right and up and down, and from how I saw it it looks like he is bending it in half.

Perrito video --https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJaZCeJjxIM

However, Clavell shows the same on his video but in the comments section, he says to a member not to bend midway, but move the whole dick left, right, up and down. This confused me....

Clavell video -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTV7Dazv6gI&t=334s (same as Perrito)

The Clavell comment --

Exercises do NOT involve you bending it midway through the shaft. Just moving it from the base.

I definitely bend mine but not quite midway. Moving it from the base seems like free moving it if that makes sense, without holding it.

Maybe I am overthinking it, but the last thing I want to do is knacker this thing.

An added bonus comment of encouragement for us guys--

Almost 13 years and now I came across this video.
We’ll still doing well and happy. Thank you for sharing

By watching the video, Clavel does it exactly like perito.
In my opinion I would think that just grabbing it and moving it without support from your other hand would force the dorsal part and RTEs to move too much possibly dislodging them. I would stick to the way he and perito shows it in their videos! Also NO you won’t bend it as much as they demonstrate. I did as much as I could do without pain… however there’s plenty discomfort in doing it. I also tried to hold with a couple fingers and work out towards the tip maybe an inch. I will say that after a year and a half until now when I totally deflate it will bend almost at a 90% on its own at the place where I did the most bending and tucks nicely into anything I wear without as much forward showing as it did at first. If I feel of it I do have multiple dogears in the same area on both sides but otherwise I’m not aware of them at all. The first several months those dogears were probably one of the most uncomfortable places.

Bit over a year ago people were asking and I decided to make a video of it. imgur has since blocked that account, though, and removed every link I ever posted anywhere, cause they decided to ban penises. Figured I might as well update the link if it helps anyone. My original comment with an updated link: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18843&start=20

Do you have much info about this? Because honestly I’ll start with that does seem like a reasonable concern, but I’ve not yet come across much information about these devices failing, and exactly what happens if they do (timeframes, repairs, cost). Not saying it doesn’t exist, just haven’t seen it and “undoubtedly” seems like a stretch. Maybe an increased chance, yet it's still a compromise worth it for many due to the devices abilities/your size?

Injustright wrote:Despite my pointing out that two of the people advising fully inflated,mid-shaft bending are urologists on youtube, my surgeon instructed me not to do the Perito exercises. We both observed that there is musculature and blood vessels in the penis even when implanted, so it's not as if it can't suffer pain and damage when bent. Perhaps I'll do some bending with a slightly softened erection sometime, but as for doing it fully inflated I'll opt to follow my MD's advice.

Similar goes for the discussion of VEDs. I don't pretend to have monitored all the publications on the subject, but Perito and others published about the use of VEDs with AMS 700's, which are supposed to lengthen anyway. Haven't yet seen any evidence applying VEDs to Titans. But Perito does acknowledge in a youtube video that it's possible that excessive pressure could spread and lengthen the glans, leaving space between the cylinder tips and the glans, thus resulting in the floppy glans nightmare. It's almost unquestionable that at some pressure you could do damage to the spacing between the cylinders and the flesh/glans. Part of my doctor's reluctance with VEDs on implants is that guys find it difficult to use just a modicum of pressure; it's very tempting to keep applying always a little more, and a little more.

Who knows what the definitive word is? As they say, your mileage may vary. Twenty-three days after implantation I'm cleared for full use of it, so I'm trusting my surgeon.

You make a lot of reasonable points. I don’t feel like arguing/disagreeing with much, just that I have come across enough evidence that VED use works perfectly well the Titan, just as it does with AMS, and I don’t fully understand how the device is even related to the benefits of VEDs repairing lost sizes from years of decay with erectile dysfunction (most importantly the evidence is clear VED use before procedure allows for larger cylinders to be implanted) and blood flow science about the cavernosal artery diameter and stimulating oxygenation of corpora and lot of other shit I'm not nearly smart enough to understand. About the rest, it's my belief many urologists might be somewhat outdated with their procedures, given that the current medical research seems consistent that VEDs and other more aggressive exercises have many benefits (namely regaining/gaining more size, which has for a long time been the #1 patient complaint deterring many men from implants) without any complications being noted.

Seems only fair. I’m the one who keeps talking about it so figured I might as well record it today, especially if it helps anyone. 27 seconds of Perito’s THE Exercise: https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/b49zcamzamy.mp4

Full details: it’s my belief based on reasonable amounts of evidence that VED exercises, Perito’s THE Exercise, and other efforts are worth it because implants are more than reliable enough and the rewards of regaining/gaining more size and getting your full use out of the implant makes it necessary. Note it is possible for me to bend so much that it activates the bypass valve or something. Meaning to ask my patient liaison about that.

Final disclaimer: Remember I’m still an idiot with a brain injury, so if my advice breaks anything, it’s not my fault.

Any thoughts/questions/concerns are welcome.

Thanks for your input. Your video is perfect guidance.

I don't think you're an idiot, mate; you're doing it like Perrito shows.

Im guessing you have more bend in yours as mine is new and does not flex at all. I can bend up and down, but side to side is like bending a bar

Are you fully inflated when you bend or are you slightly deflated?

Np! And sorry I posted that comment twice. That seems to happen here. Reported it to get it deleted since I can't seem to.

And yep, I was fully inflated or close to it. I said after being asked in the last post, "well, yeah, I was about to record it so I made it look about as big as I could." :)

Didn't put a ton of time into it, though. Was outside, got up to about when it bypasses, decided to do it at some point.
