can a penile implant reservoir run out of saline if cylinders hold more or if you expand girth somehow

Drs have a chart that tells them how much saline to put in the reservoir based on the implant size. To run out of saline would mean either a leak or for some wild reason the dr ignored the instructions.

Remember, an experienced dr has seen lots of dicks. He can tell which men are going to end up with a lot of girth. He'll make sure that you get enough saline.

My best advice to tell you is. That for every "what if" you can think of. The good implant drs have devised a solution many years ago.

They had a solution to your question before you even thought of it.

In other words. The longer you keep thinking of "what ifs". The longer it will be before you have a working dick.

It took me about six months to see engorgement when aroused. Nerves take a long time to heal up.

Some Drs, not all, fill the reservoir to capacity. Mine does at least, so if it holds 100ml, then after the cylinders are purged of air with a little left in, he purges the reservoir and then fills it to 100ml the full capacity. So that way you don't run out but might have extra in the reservoir - not a bad idea especially with the conceal reservoir which is a flat disk type which could fold over locking out a section of the reservoir.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder. Now awaiting third surgery unknown failure.
