Asked Dr. Clavell about using a VED on my implant a few months ago. His response:
"The Coloplast Titan doesn't really stretch that much. But you CAN use it if you would like."

... just an FYI.

IMHO, I disagree. Using a VED helped me, but I didn't start until 5 months post-surgery.

Yes it can help, but wait a few months. Just make sure you are inflated.

Not an expert by any means but I do use a VED alot. I pump up between 90 to 100% . It turns my oval erection into a cucumber dick , fat and round. The VED pulls blood into the spongiosum and the glans and rounds out the erection nicely. I also gain a 1/4 + in length and girth . Temporary gains for sure but still nice to see . The extra length and girth is mainly because of blood engorgement but I believe some of it is because the implant expands a little. These are just my personal, unscientific, observations. Please be careful when using a VED. Do your own research, go slow , and don't go overboard with the pressure inside the chamber. I pump and hold .......release to let the blood circulate then pump and hold again . I'll probably do this for 10 minutes or so in a session.

Best way to increase your dick size is sex post implant. Cycling of course helps, but I’ve noticed real increases the weekends after sex.

Good advice. Perrito agrees--

How has it helped you?

How often do you use your VED, for how long, and which type do you use?

Thanks again.

For almost a year after I started using the VED, and off/on since then. At night I would inflate to the max and use the VED 5-minutes on, 5-minutes off, for 30 minutes.
IMHO, the VED helped with engorgement as well as stretching.

Why do for 5 minute on / off for 30 minutes? Do you think you would do damage if you left it inflated for say 20 or 30 minutes straight?

I believe that I did damage myself using the BathMate for 20 minutes each time I used it (say 3 or 4 times a week for years). However, since I'm now bionic, I wonder if doing the 5 minute on / off routine necessary.

Perhaps this a question for the doctor?

You're advising to inflate the cylinders, then pump in an already distended state? I have 22 cm Titan Coloplast cylinders with more saline in the reservoir than I can use at this point 45 days post op. If I fill the implant to the point of pain, and then put my distended penis in a vacuum pump, that is going to hurt.
