I think it's rounder ams cx

Yes even without the cock ring. If I'm stressed or performance anxiety kicks in then it doesn't plump but....It doesn't matter for penetrative sex because I'm hard and it still feels great enough to come.

I am someone who is considering an implant, so I have been reading these forms. One thing that I find quite surprising, if not shocking, is people mentioning using cock rings while they have an implant! I thought the purpose of an implant was to make things easier?

Also, I have used a cock ring with injections and those rings are quite tight. Don’t you risk damaging the tubing of the implant if you wear one?
63 years old, pills stopped working about four years ago. Rarely have intercourse, which requires high dose of tri-mix plus a constriction band. Considering an implant, but nervous about it.

An implant forces the flaccid penis to be stiff, but it doesn't make it full, hot and full of blood like a regular erection would. A cock ring helps with that. Doesn't need to be as tight as the ones used with injections
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

But not necessary in many cases. I am only 5 weeks out and I have all that without a ring.
Late twenties. ED since very early twenties. Unable to have sex.
