Cold Glands

Postby Alax2869 » Wed Feb 21, 2024 10:40 pm

For guys with cold glands after implant, why are glands warm or same body temp as penis but when inflated, they feel cold?

Good question. I have the same issue. There is less blood engorgement of the glans when fully inflated.

Pills didn't work well. Trimix worked good for 3 years, then only fair for following 3 years but need a cock ring in conjunction.

It should get better with time. I'd work on improving your bloodflow. Daily low dose cialis, cardio, pelvic floor relaxing/stretching. Improved my bloodflow a lot

I agree . I had cold glans , not good engorgement AND the glans would turn white from lack of blood flow ( when manipulated and pumped to 100% ) . I believe the cylinders kinda choke off the blood supply. Having said that it does get better with time I noticed.
