57 yo, 20+ years of ED.. no actual diagnosis, just doesn’t work or respond to pills, shots or VED… implanted 1/31/24… 24cm -RTE, AMS 700 CX… slight scarring left corpora. DM2, A1C 6.4, HBP, Hyperlipidemia, 280lbs, 5’11”. Basically Shrek.

Update: Everything's great. I have no pain while having sex. I had sex more than 50 times in the last couple of weeks. Absolutely no pain whatsoever. Looks like I had a different injury that's not related to the implant. Hakky has been great at every step. He might be the single best microsurgeon in this medical field. But this forum also helped me a lot (including the fact that I wouldn't be able to pull the trigger without this forum). Thank you for your replies.

I think the auto-inflation is a concern, but I don't know if it's the source of the pain.
I had pain in my lower abdomen for some time after surgery.
I'm sure it was from the surgeon poking a hole to put in the reservoir.
It felt like what I assume a hernia would feel like.
85 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
