masturbating can't come

So, besides still practicing inflating and deflating, with mixed results, yesterday I tried masturbating for the first time, while cuddling with my wife (without inflating). It was enjoyable and wasn't painful, but extremely frustrating- I couldn't come. Before the implant, even though I didn't get hard I was able to climax most times. Have some of you experienced this or had trouble masturbating, without inflating? Or do I need to try masturbating with inflating even though not trying to have penetrative sex yet? Or is it still too early (only a bit over a week out)? Thanks for any thought! hs

Masterbate at your own risk!! Probably a lot too early! I did a bout 10-12 days out with lots of live and I was probably 40-50% inflated sure didn’t put any stress on anything with all the lube. First time I came really easy. After that it got much harder as I started exercising and pumping daily. I attribute it to aggravated nerves and pain with it pumped up. Either way it got better with time. Just be careful .

I have found that post-implant it takes me much longer to get to climax.
From other posts on FT, it appears that this is not uncommon.

It took me about 4 months before I was able to climax .. and I had a mallabble implant not an IPP .. lots of damage is done to a tender area with the nerves and all ..pulse you get anxiety if you can't cum .. just relax it should all come back in time ..

I agree it seems more difficult. That being said , I went almost a decade without an orgasm because of ED and a lack of sexual drive caused by anxiety and depression. So post implant I wasn't sure if I could still cum and felt like a miracle happened when I finally did ! I'm gonna be patient seeing how I'm only 10 months out from surgery. Let things heel , both physically and mentally. Some guys are fortunate and come out of surgery with great glans engorgement and shooting ropes like they never had ED . Others , like me , don't. Don't be discouraged. The other day was able to cum in record time post implant. Like they say .." Time heals all wounds."

I'm ten months out and find it hard to cum also. Even though I can occasionally do it old school by hand more times than not I can't cum. I found a massager (1970 Panasonic Panabrator) works well. Still takes some time and concentration but works.

So I quoted myself . This is an update or maybe a continuation of the story above....So Sunday I was able to masturbate myself to orgasm in record time ( probably 10 minutes
) post ED , post implant . Encouraged by my success , I tried again on Wednesday. I wanted to see if I could duplicate that success and was feeling pretty confident I could ...... Well I did !!!! My orgasms ( when I can achieve them )are incredibly intense . I full body convulsion . If some stranger on the street saw me cum , they'd mistake it for a seizure and rush me to the ER. Like I said above , and I truly believe, IT IS a healing of the body AND the mind . I healed well physically but mentally I had Peyronie's disease. Decades of ED , performance anxiety and disappointment had scarred my sexual confidence. Instead of enjoying the moment, my mind would race wondering if she was enjoying it. Would she cum , will I be able to ? Of course when all this is bouncing around in your head , it's impossible to focus on the task at hand and actually prohibits completion. Now because these were both solo acts it does slow the victory lap I'm taking but the incredible boost in confidence I just got feels great. Its been 10 months since IPP surgery and I think I'm completely healed now . Don't ever give up

I have difficulty in cumming, the glans just isn't as sensitive as it was. Now mine might be due to having a implant that failed within two weeks and then having revision at about two months from original surgery. I'm thinking in my case having two surgeries so close together and having them jab those needles through the glans twice might have messed up those nerves. Don't get me wrong it's a lot of fun being able to keep going for a very long time without cumming, but I'd rather do it with the natural inside her pumping instead of pulling out to finish off. I'm hoping that the feeling comes back sometime after I get this third one implanted, and hoping it lasts longer than two weeks or the 7 months I got out of my last one....

Alright ! I was able to "complete " for a 3rd time in a little over a week. Having this success makes me want to try more . I was so discouraged ,post implant, when i couldn't cum . I conquered ED i and now I was almost sterile . I also noticed that the glans hasnt been turning bloodless white under manipulation. I think that's the turning point for me . Better bloodflow to the glans has enabled all this enjoyment. Before it would go white and numb . Now it's engorged ,red and full of feeling . I'm 10 months out from surgery. I just wanted others to know . Don't get discouraged, sometimes it takes a little longer to completely heal .
