Does that pump indicate actual inches of vacuum or is it just escalating settings?

I use an oval cylinder with a hand pump that has a gauge, I go to about 7.5" of vacuum for 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off for an hour. I can go to 10" of vacuum or more, but I find that just results in an inflated foreskin donut (I'm uncut).

My penis doesn't get nearly as dark when pumping, sort of looks painful.

I looked at the Amazon link, is the cylinder only 7.5" long?

I'm sorry that isn't in my signature line. I wish there were more characters! I have a 24+1 RTE AMS 700 CX. It's the only one my surgeon will use. I wish the cylinders were wider and that I had waited a month for the new pump, but I'm already really enjoying it.

Thanks for info. The Tenacio will come out soon. My uro told me he only uses AMS700 only too. My guess is the the Titan must have some issues IDK

I also found that using the pump on a higher setting for a longer period would result in an inflated tissue on the bottom, just below the head. It would go away in hours though. I found that to be the case more before surgery than after, and I just decided to ignore it since I wanted the advantages of the pump. The one I referred to goes to a legitimate 8", while some claim to but have plastic pieces intruding that make them effectively shorter. Now that I have stretched to 8-1/2" I use a spacer donut to increase the effective length, and can take up to 30 minutes continuously at the top (level 7). It certainly results in a really nice, big head, and has given me 5/8" in length (1/8th more than before surgery), but no girth restoration yet. You can't say I'm not trying;)
