Surgery almost 6 weeks ago. The pump is very hard and almost impossible to squeeze. Extreme pressure required. Very unlike the demo model. Any ideas why?

I have a Titan but initially they are very hard. My sample was easy to push but it was open on one end. This is a brand new pump that hopefully will last 10 years or more. They require a lot of break in till the get easier.

My pump was quite stiff at first.
It does soften up significantly after a while.

Heat! This will not only soften the bulb but also help the valves in the block switch easier and more completely. As posted after a few while it will break in and get where you will no longer need heat.

The new bulb is hard as a rock. Sit in hot water it will soften up. In a short time it will be amazingly easy to squeeze it. Don’t fret. It’s fine.

please update your signature to include the size of your implant and the size of your erect penis.

Regarding the pump, initially you should be able to pump at least 3-4 pumps, then it will become increasily hard. After few weeks the pump will soft up a bit.

But at least you should be able to give some pumps initially from full deflated

The pump at first is a bit hard to pump, as others said heat helps soften it, get in a hot bath or hot tub if you can, otherwise a heating pad a few times a day will help. And keep a good grip on it, that thing can be a bit slippery at times and will squirt out of your grip like a rocket, it's not fun when it decides to bounce off your partners down there...

You’d think because it’s a round bulb one could squeeze
from any direction or angle, and get the desired result. Not the case with mine. Mine has a “sweet spot“ where I must rotate my fingers a bit to activate the fluid. If I put pressure on other areas of the bulb, sometimes no fluid pumps at all.

Now it seems natural. I know exactly where that sweet spot is.

Yikes -- how do you find where to squeeze? I've tried every which way.

The bulb is so hard to squeeze I'm tempted to use a nut cracker (!!!!).
