So had the consult with Dr Levine today it went extremely well! He put both myself and my incredible wife at ease first thing, he was thorough and not in a rush to get through it.
He took plenty of time to explain the device he thinks will be best for me (titan) discussed recovery and what to expect as far as sizing, he assured me his goal is to size me to the biggest possible implant.. I must add that the whole process for my wife has been a learning experience and today really helped get her fully on board.
If all goes well I will have the procedure mid April.
One thing I failed to ask and maybe someone can answer ....when he did the stretch test was he measuring just shaft length of fully up to tip of the glans?
I am so thankfull for FT as It REALLY helped me to understand more clearly everything we discussed today.

Many years on Viagra until it didnt help,I moved onto Trimix 5 years ago and it now has limited effect.Time to move on to The Implant.

Don’t put too much stock in the stretch test. You’ll likely be longer than that tug of your flaccid penis. That’s an approximation.
The real test is when you are in surgery. There a measurement will be made with a surgical measuring device that measures both the distal and proximal length of your penis. The parts that show and the parts inside your body (the crus) that serves to anchor your erection.
These measurements are added together to determine the length.
Mine is both longer (about 1cm) and girthier than pre-surgery. This result took months to achieve, obtained through regular and vigorous cycling.

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

67 yrs old, married ro my beautiful wife for 43 years..oral meds did the job beginning at 58 until undergoing RPS at age 64, Trimix worked until it didn't. Implanted with 20cm Titan (no RTEs) by Dr Levine on 3/18/24

Well you definitely went to one of the best for your implant. He is a specialist with peyronies. Almost went to him.

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.
