Also i dont understand the math, if your 22cm implant can give you close to 7 inches erect. I dont get how mine of 19 cm (potentially 22cm with lgx expanding) comes so short… I really don’t understand

A good portion of our penis is inside our body. Your surgeon will have proximal and distal measurements - like 15 cm proximal and 7 cm distal. Everyone is different. Also, I’m not 7” now. I’m a bit less but I know based on my penis and my anatomy and the expertise of Dr. Clavell, I’ll be pretty close to that after I heal and cycle. My girth is already back to OEM at the base and midway up.

Lol OEM made me laugh, if our original dick is OEM, then what is the implant? Definitely an aftermarket performance part!

measured in a vacuum pump ? i loose both length and girth as soon as i release the vacuum . the vacuum pulls the erection to a longer length and girth than normal . using the vacuum size is not what anyone has in their normal excited stage .

ready2go I mentioned the VED because after accident it was the only thing that gave me an erection. Without VED with a normal erection I was similar in any case length wise. Maybe something less but sure no less than 13 cm (something very far at the moment)

i see. how about using the vacuum and inflating the same time ? either way you can now get hard for as long as you want .thats a possitive .

Relax. You're only a couple weeks into cycling.
I lost over an inch of length, and that was several weeks in when I was first able to cycle.
I was initially concerned, but now, 11 months later with regular cycling, I'm back to slightly longer and equal girth as I was before surgery. I'm probably equal to where I was pre-ED.

There are plenty of stories similar to yours on FT.
Just be patient, follow your doctors instructions, and I'm sure you'll get back most or all your size.

Be patient and it will get better after time. One person. here took 2 yrs. and remember, no matter what you get back at least you get hard again. You could be living with a soft dick. Also lost some but happy with what I have. One photo you can see the stitches and the other was my first inflate. After that I gained about another 3/4"

I think I've got some gains (maybe in the order of 1 - 1.5cm). Now I am able to get 12-13 pumps, before it becomes a little too hard. See the picture

If you read the post-op stories of practically every implanted guy on here you’d find that what you’re seeing is typical/normal -and, more important- temporary.

Do not panic.
You are at the beginning of this.

Things will improve, you will get most-if not all of your size back.

The minute your Doctor green lights cycling, do it relentlessly for a year at least.
I'm 13 months in and I not only regained my size but I'm also a little thicker.

I still cycle 3-4 times a week.
You got this, don't worry about it.

May as well chime in.. I was also over an inch short immediately after surgery. At first pump I only got about 3-4 full pumps and a couple little ones in and that was it. As the months go by you’ll add pumps and it will begin to stretch out fine. By 10 months I was very near my OEM just prior to implant. By 12 mo the I noticed my girth at base was up 1/4” bigger than I had ever measured in previous years. And now I’m totally back in length, 1/4” plus at base and a 1/4” plus mid shaft! I usually pump 25-28 full pumps and then 6-8 partial pumps til I run out of fluid and the pump stays flat. Talk about a nervous situation!! First time the pump stayed flat about scared me silly! Then I realized I was simply out of fluid and had reached my true max! Been maxing every time I use it now for last 6-7 months. All will be great! Hang in there and stay at it. I did 30 minutes twice daily using the perito exercises starting about the second month and continuing til around a year. At that point I only pump when using it which is 2-3 times a week.

so guys I would like to update you at about 3 months post op.

As you can see from the picture I have regained a bit of length, compared to the day after the op.

From the picture I think seems a bit longer than what it is. But at moment I think I am at about 12 cm in length. So I am still behind my natural erection.

I can pump about 20-22 times before it I get an unbearable pain. In this 3 months I was able to slowling adding few pumps at the cost of immense shaft and glans pain. Now I think at 22 pumps I am reaching my max, I am sure I can have at least 1 cm more in length, but since the implant also tries to expand in girth (and I maxed my girth) the pain becomes too much and the implant wont lengthen anymore. Probabily the doctors should have installed at least 1 cm more in RTE. I am sure that with a 18+2 implant it would have been a perfect fit. My doctor wasn't a high volume (I live in europe and here there aren't many as USA sadly) and probabily he didnt size me correctly. But there isn't nothing I can do now.

I will keep cycling and maybe trying to add the VED, altho when I tried I never got a good sealing so I doubt I will be able to use VED.

Try getting a better seal on your penis shaft by hair removal & a small amount of lube.
