Hi folks,

I have read so many conflicting stories about the Titan bulge. Some really good stories which I am happy for. But also quite a lot with problems with hiding the semi-erect. Some stories of guys who had problems with around kids. People thinking they are perverts.....

I am 7,25 full size and having a bend due fibrosis.
The AMS lgx would not fit me. But I am to afraid for the Titan look. So thinking about going for the CX. Any guys who are 7 inch or larger with a CX? How are your experiences. Especially while wearing normal jeans/pants

No issues whatsoever. I’ve never had a dog ear, hangs naturally, bathing suits, silk basketball shorts, and even standing to chat at the nude resort it looks completely natural. 12 grandkids from 11 to 1 and no concerns.

I recognize that all bodies are different, but this is my experience. 7 3/8” fully deployed.

Thanx man. I really needed to hear this

I am about 1/2 cm less than Jage64 (AMS CX 21cm +1cm rte), but exposed length is 5.75" only. It means I have a deeper crux than him. You might need 24cm cylinder or more. Your doctor can only know that during the operation. So, if you need a Titan, and recommended by your doctor go for it. Yes, concealment might be a concern, but getting the proper implant should always be the priority. In addition, most of Titan members reported softer cylinders between 6-12 month after surgery.

I would be more worried about having a surgeon let me decide. Seriously consider what you surgeon advises and then ask WHY? I've got an LGX that is alwys half full and looks great. Why can't you get the LGX?

But the surgeon is not the person having the implant. The surgeon is not the person who decide which clothes I wear or if I go to a nude beach. Some people prefer a harder erection and some people care more about the flaccid appearance.
So i think the patient's wishes are as important as the opinion of the surgeon.

In my case, with fibrosis and a bend, the LGX doesn't seem to

I have the CX I am very happy with it I find it interesting that after sex the implant seems longer, it could be an illusion but I do not think so

There is a member recently implanted with a CX. Total implanted lenght was 26cm as I recall. He is very impressive at around 1 month. If you search by clicking on my name then clicking on my post history you'll find a post where I mention his FT name. Look him up. His posts will answer your AMS questions without a doubt.

Flexwheeler, Gt1956 may have been thinking of me. I am one month out from getting an AMS 700 CX. My first day cycling will be on 3 Jan, so I cannot personally attest to how the AMS CX looks fully flaccid as I haven't seen that yet and even the AMS softens and breaks in for a few months. I was worried that the CX would be too small, but my surgical measurements were Surgical measurements: 16 cm distal, and 9 cm proximal. (Used 24cm + 1 cm RTE implant)
Here are the before measurements: https://imgchest.com/p/bp45xmmrx75

I will be happy to answer a DM if you want to know my almost final length in a few days. I won't have had time to squeeze in all the pumps that I will be able to do eventually, but that won't change the length.
Best regards
Kevin
