I will have to let you know. I had a prostatectomy October 24 2023 and the reservoir was adhered (or something) and had to be removed. My surgeon expects it to be no earlier than February before I can have a new reservoir placed. In the meantime, I appear to be about 25-30% inflated.

I also suggest you read my post in the "humor" sub-forum for the story of my surgery wherein I was (sedated) and operated on fully erect.

I'm a little over 2 years out from surgery and I still cycle every day in the shower and leave it inflated while I shave. I haven't lost any length, I'm at 6" 1/4".

When I started my cycling at 6 weeks, I was around 5.5" and it took me till around the 6 month point before I got all my length back.

Keep cycling to gain back before your surgical capsule forms around the implant.

Good Luck,

I was asked for cycle for 6 months. I have stopped cycling now. I don’t see any change in length or girth.

Two years out and I still cycle most days--not for size but for comfort. I have found being fully erect for a long shower or maybe wearing a robe for a while keeps everything stretched out for when an erection is really needed. I also agree cycling made an amazing difference in length and girth.

Tokyo_123 made a comment once about minimizing both the frequency and intensity of cycling. His view was that since it’s a mechanical device, and mechanical things break, especially with heavy use, his minimalist strategy was to increase the shelf life overall.

i’m one year postop. I’m cycling now about every third day…but i still pressurize it hard.

I am down to 1-2 times a week now. And I am down a little on size from when I was at my max size cycling 2 times a day over 2 years post surgery. If I returned to 2 times a day cycling I would restore back to max last year. Now I am not sure I would.

Hi,

Get better. I am feeling a pressure on my rectal and prostate side, feels like i am sitting on a tennis ball.
Not sure if there is some herniation or I don’t know!
