AMS 700 LGX Expansion of up to 25% ?

The way I interpreted it is that a regular implant could be a 15 cm with 3 cm RTs, which is about 7 inches long.

All other 15x3 implants on the market are about the same size.

But AMS 700 LGX starts as a 15x3 and the device and the cylinders can expand to some amount (maybe 17x4.5 or something with max inflation) and your dick can expand with them. The research suggests consistent increases post-implant being reported, usually +1cm, or 2cm, or 3cm. I assume if you do enough cycling you're training the device to force your dick tissues out, making the device capable of increasing your size because it can get bigger than all other 15x3 implants that are used to fit men of that size.

I have no idea whatsoever if any of this is true. Is just what i figured it meant after thinking about it.

If anyone can explain why I'm wrong or suggest I might be right then I'm all ears.

If I am right I wonder if you quit cycling and all other exercises you would eventually lose back the size you gained because you're no longer forcing the device to expand or pushing your dick out more than its natural size.

Note: this doesn't mean that magically you can add 3 cm in your length penis. The effective expansion is limited by the stretching that your penis can do. I myself I am battling to regain my old length but it's a slow process consider how much scar tissue I had (at the momemt I am able to let the LGX grow about 1.5 cm before the unbearable pain kicks in)

This also means that, granted you can reach the full potential expansion, the LGX 18 fully inflated is equivalent in length to the titan 20+1 or the CX 21

This is an excellent clarification!
RIght. The (up to) 25% expansion is the difference between flaccid and erect length, not between day 1 after surgery and a year or so later. Boston Scientific could make this clear on the specs, but it seems that they want to keep it vague. CX specs clearly mention that the cylinders do not expand in length, when inflating.

A. Does it Expand 25% more than your current size?

OR

Does it expand 25% more than your ‘best pre-implant natural erection’? (Size gain)


B. Anyone ended up with more girth than your natural erection ever had?

My best natural erection was 6.5 inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth. Any idea what’s going to happen?

Yes the LGX will expand that much in length and girth as show in other posts and in this link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5654325/ Table 1 shows the EXPANSION of the LGX and Titan in both length and girth. This is not the difference in flaccid and erection. That is a different thing altogether and AMS also advertises that difference. That is that the LGX has softer cylinders for a more comfortable flaccid.

It is true however that just because it can does not mean that it will increase your natural size. I had size loss from years of untreated ED. The LGX helped me restore some but not all of that size loss. Figure 1 on page 226 (publication starts with page 223) shows that 50% of implants are done by low volume doctors. What the LGX does is provide the expansion needed for men who are under sized by low volume conservative sizing doctors. This also helps with equal distal tip location in the glans. Not a concern if you use an experienced aggressive sizing doctor.

Table 1 shows that the LGX 21cm is able to expand more than the 22cm Titan in length. And that girth is with in 1cm in diameter. This is what AMS is advertising when they advertise 25% expansion.
