How long was it before you had no problems with anal sex?

I just got my implant (AMS 700 CX) on 11/29, but of course, I am in eager anticipation of putting it to much use. I would like to be able to roughly plan for it, despite knowing that there is a range of outcomes. had penoscrotal, which seems to have a longer recovery time, based on recounts from men on this and other forums. However, information is scattered and typically offers too little information. It would be great if posters would indicate which version of surgery they had, and ideally info regarding the model of their implant (AMS 700 isn't enough without the CX or LGX info.) and the name of their doctor.

With those thoughts in mind, how long after surgery was it before you were able to have anal sex without any discomfort or limitations?

Was at about 12 weeks before vaginal sex was comfortable, but in those days maybe I was pumping up to hard and causing my own pain.

I had vaginal sex at almost 7 weeks. As I remember it, the worst part was some pains deep in my cruz. As if the rear of the implant had been pushed deeper.

Wait, What… you get to have sex with these things! 5 times in almost 4 years :(. Enjoy your recovery, it will come together for you. Life is what happens when you’re making plans.
Hugs

My GF is a bottom only trans-female. (An Asian “ladyboy”).

We had first anal sex at 10 weeks. I was cleared to go for it at 6 weeks, but couldn’t get to Thailand until week 10.

It was good. But not nearly as good as now (11minths postop). Those first encounters i experienced numbness still in the scrotum and bottom, lower 1/3 of shaft. Full inflation hurt in the glans after about :30. My mind was not connected, it seemed, to my new dick. Could only cum about 50% of the time.

It got better with the passing of time. Almost imperceptibly. At the 5 month, then 8th month, when i got to see her, it was like bivouac that things were indeed improving. The numbness finally went away and i could feel her tongue tickling my scrotum and shaft again.

Now it feels great!! Basically back to extra-normal. My dick wasn’t this hard even at 18! GF loves it. .

Depends on your pain level, i got cleared for sex at 5 weeks, took 2-3 months to be able to bang in all positions without pain. I would guess 5 weeks best case, 2 months more likely… but everyone’s different.

Yes! I had an appointment today (19 days in) and my surgeon said bottoming is OK right now, as well as masturbation, so I have something to do until I can use my new dick;)
