Does anyone have any recommendations or know of the best surgeons in the UK for this? I did have one in mind, but I am just a tiny bit suspicious of the way they word their site in such a way to encourage people to get unneeded surgery so it put me on alert a little.

CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

Uclh in london for nhs but also has a private practice, just Google him. He's the top doc in the ik

No he does them privately they cost around £13000 but if you referred to him the waiting. List is about 6 months and then it's free
