i am one of those guys who won't do the 'hands in the air' machine and opt for a pat down. i just refuse to 'assume the position' with my hands in the air like i'm a criminal. lol
they just do the back-of-the-hand swipe over and around everything and it's usually no questions asked.
Married 25+ years. Have had lots of urological procedures. Trimix made me ache, and bimix seems awesome. Castrated but on Test Cyp 260mg/week. Usually naked but kilted if not. Ask me anything.

Hrc714, work nick names can be creative & funny. Any insight to what pilots might name an implanted man? We could use some humor on this.

We picked up a guy that went by the name of Dewey. No one at my level knew his real name. I spied it in a group email. Process of elimination of found him out. Obviously someone up the management chain knew his real name. His real name was James Carter. He was not presidential material. So I'm thinking of Donald Ducks nephews. Hugie, Louie & Dewey. He didn't talk funny but he was screwy to the max.

A botched job is when everyone notices.
A good job is when it looks natural.

I guessed that they recognized him primarily because he flies out of Ft Lauderdale often enough that his face (and scanner profile?) has become familiar.

"Robocock" immediately came to mind. If he is a carrier-qualified Navy pilot, perhaps "Torpedo".

Just flew Austin to
FLL and back over last two weeks.

Austin was ugly at 5 in the morning. I was a grower, now a shower. 6 inch flaccid titan xl. I get patted down every time in any airport. I just expect it, but never was asked what's in there. Was asked am I wearing anything other than briefs? No.\

FLL same routine, but faster and very normalized. I think I am just used to it now.

I don't think looking fake is relevant. Before implant maybe, not so much after.

Seems presumptive.. My dick looks pretty normal.
That said, I got popped again in San Angelo.
Spoke to a friend who worked in building and air security he said its my boots. Exotics (in both cases I was wearing ostrich boots) are implanted with a security thingy in the heel to prevent in store theft. This sets the machine off. When the machine goes off you are escorted to the hands in the air machine that will pick up minute metallics like the tubes we have in our bodies.
I have to fly to Buffalo in the am and will wear flip flops to test his theory

The last two time I flew I was stopped and patter down. " Something in the croch area" lol. Well just flew back down to Fla yesterday. Departed the same home airport. Went through the same full scanner, and wearing the same jeans as last time. Walked right through. Have know idea whey 2 months ago it set off the machine ans this time it didn't. Has to be the settings I guess.

I’ve done some reading since.

The culprit appears to be Target Recognition Software (a form of AI) utilized in the newer machines.

It appears to flag men with larger-than-typical flaccid penises not just implant recipients.

Perhaps the AI needs a lesson on growers vs showers?

Interestingly enough, the titanium screws and rods where I’ve had orthopedic work done never get flagged. And in looking at the silhouette it’s not my reservoir or meshed areas. I get two yellow boxes: one rectangular one running the length of my flaccid implant assisted dick and one about where you’d expect to find that 3rd ball in my nutsack.

Artificial intelligence may be okay but I still prefer the real thing.

Not once has any TSA person or security asked what I had in my pants. Maybe I just look so harmless. My normal bulge is about 6 inches. If you are larger than that, maybe you might have a problem. I don't even think about.
So don't worry about it.

I fully agree, I was implanted 8 years ago and fly regularly out of Newark NJ and have never been questioned by a TSA agent at any airport.
