Lube or no lube that is the question

Alright guys, so I’m trying to figure out how to best navigate this dating with an implant thing. I’m now going on almost 5 months and have had 3 different girls with all different results. I’m hoping some of the veterans can give me some guidance because I have a big weekend ahead with a new prospect and want to try to get this right.
My first sexual experience I used a condom and it kept slipping off, I’ve read other men having the same problem because of the thick base and the condom just rolls back up.
Second experience, I used a different condom and brand and it worked and I hammered her pretty good where she had multiple orgasms. Condoms still suck no orgasm for me.
Third experience, no condom and I fully pumped up and she started to dry out on me.
I could not orgasm from any of these encounters, but was fully pumped up to max.
I would like to pump up to max so I maximize my length, I just hit 6 inches recently so I worry about not fully inflating to get as deep as possible in her.
1. Should I consider pumping up less to avoid maybe drying her out because I’m so hard?
2. Is it a better idea to not be so hard because it helps me orgasm?
3. Should I consider lube? This feels a little odd to break out lube in a first encounter with a woman
4. Maybe I should stick with a sucky condom, but atleast it provides some lube?
Any insight that you guys figured out in the beginning getting used to your implant would be appreciated.
I’ve been using daily cialis lately and the sensation is starting to feel much better.
This girl is a smoke show so I gotta bring it. Time for the implant to earn some of its money.

full disclosure: it's been 25 years since I used a condom, my wife went on the pill pretty early in our marriage and I got snipped 15 years ago so she didn't have to keep on putting that stuff into her body.
My recollection is that you don't get much, if any, lube from a condom. The moistness is to help you put it on, not lubricate the interaction. If I recall, it dries up pretty quickly.
Also, it's her "responsibility" and physical ability to provide the lubrication, beyond any precum that you may generate (which is to clean out your pipe so the sperm doesn't die on the way out) or saliva..., which doesn't last long at all.
To me, there'd be no problem having some lube available, and she'll book the next session with you right there and then if the lube is warm. I bought a plug in masseuse lotion warmer that I can drop a lube bottle into and it's warmed through in no time. My wife LOVES that. Even one of those small credit card sized lube pouches in your pocket for the date should warm it up pretty well.
Lube is not a failure, it's an enhancer, more than likely for both of you.
Oh, and on the hardness scale, my wife prefers it at about 80%. It can be too hard for her, so be aware of that. At 80% I can guarantee you there will not be a noticeable change in length for her.

We use lube pretty often - was recommended Uberlube by my urologist after my revision and it works wonders and very natural (just need a small amount).

Option 2, the less you inflate it the more sensations you will have in your penis, you could take Cialis even just on the day you have sex, taking 15/20 mg, for me taking it every day kills my back and all my bones, I now swell about '80%, since the sensation has all returned, during the meeting I try to give more pumps, otherwise I risk arriving too quickly

Lube is a good thing. A little bit is all you need.
Had to wear condoms for a few weeks recently after having meds pumped into my bladder. They do tend to roll up on my implant. Found one called Skyn that was good. If I unrolled it all the way it stayed where it should.

Don’t use condoms now with my regular girlfriend. We use lube every time. Water based and flavored (“salted caramel” is her favorite for oral sex. I like a slippery hand stroking me as she works her oral magic.
Silicone (astroglide) for anal sex as it seems to last longer.
A trick i learned in my condom days was to put a bit of water based lube on my dick prior to the condom and then more lube on the condom itself. That helped a lot.

I found the best lube is organic coconut oil.
My girlfriend's female gynecologist recommended she use it. It is a soft solid at room temperature and melts to a slick, thick liquid upon skin contact, holding its slippery texture through prolonged pumping penetration.

Yes, thank you for all the replies. It seems the consensus is to use the lube and no condom. I've never been a condom guy due to my ED.Anytime I would try to put a condom on I'd lose it. I guess my main concern is when you pump fully maybe the woman dries up easier with implants?
Also, I've never had to use lube in the past with any other girls preimplant, but I guess it sounds like it may be somewhat normal to break out a little lube prior to doing the deed.

Thanks Frank, I think I will gauge how many pumps is full inflation. Let's say 12 pumps to full inflation and before intercourse maybe go with 10 pumps. Does this sound reasonable?

I wish i could fully inflate in as few pumps. 12 pumps for me and i’m only at about 40%. At about 15 pumps i cannot fully squeeze the bulb anymore. After that it’s “micro pumps”. Maybe another 15-20 more. That is very hard and stretched. Takes me about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
