Got implant yesterday, Nov 27.
Everything went good Dr told me.
Got Titan 20 + 3 RTEs.
No pain as of yet but he did say he injected long lasting numbing med.
So I'm assuming I may start experiencing some pain as that wears off.
Today I removed catheter and bandages.
Not a lot of brushing but my pelvic are above penis is really swollen so I can't tell about length.
Do you guys with implants know how long it will be before that goes down?

I felt great on the 2nd day after surgery and made the mistake of being too active and it cost me. I spent the next two weeks in absolute misery, so whatever you do, take it very easy and give yourself a chance to heal. That said, I had significant swelling in my penis, scrotum, and lower abdomen for about 10 days. Each day will get a little bit better. Rest!!!

They are used for several reasons. The most common reason is to custom fit an implant into a penis that measures between sizes. Like AMS makes 18cm then 21cm implants. If you measured over 18cm they can't force a 21cm into you. Rte's are used to get sizes in .5cm increments up to the next size.

I was done IP and it took a solid 5 weeks for the FUPA to subside. At 10 weeks its still there but not as obnoxious. The scar area is still swollen and quite stiff. It has been going down though so I try not to dwell on it. I would suggest trying to avoid thinking about size for at least 6 weeks. Its not easy to do, I know but youll get better.

Had my surgery the day after hours. My surgeon said to leave the bandages on for 48 hours then I could remove them. All I can really see right now is the swelling from the reservoir site, and that’s definitely there. But can’t see the rest yet.

I would say swelling is absolutely expected though. I wouldn’t worry about it.

As far as pain, I got out of surgery 12 hours ago and have almost no pain right now. The only thing I can feel is where the drain is. Tomorrow I will evaluate and probably start small with ketoralac and only take the oxy if it’s really bad
