Ankle Weights ??

I am scheduled for implant next month.
Today I got a package with list of things to do before surgery. It says to buy a pair of 5lb ankle weights? If I do not have weights, they will cancel.
Anyone know what the weights would be used for?

Are you getting knee implant?
35 yrs old. ED-2 yrs. Implanted Rigi10 on 9-9-2023 India.

Other than your surgeon having a friend in the ankle weight business, i can’t think of one good reason for this.

I’d be willing to bet of all the implant stories here, this is a first. I’d say, save your money.
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

I'm betting that there is a typo on the list.
68yo, HBP at 40, high triglycerides at 45. Phimosis at 57. Type 2 at 60. Dr. William Brant May 1, 2023 CX 21cm w/no rte's penoscrotal 6" girth @ 6 months

Total guess, maybe for hanging off your dick like an inexpensive jes hanger? Lots of folks here love vacuum pumps, i am more of a believer in all day stretching and hanging weights….. total guess, never heard of a doctor asking a patient to use those but many folks have tried those for a penis traction device.

The goal would be to maximize length before the procedure and hopefully gain back any length lost from ED.

Found out that the ankle weights are for post-op penile implant. They will show me how to use on my abdomen after I get home. I bought a p[air on Amazon for $15.
I will share mt experience with you.

That is one unusual way of healing. I'm guessing over the reservoir placement.
Please share what they get used for.
