I am 4 weeks post op tomorrow. I have yet to pump myself up, following Dr's instructions. A few days a go I was , well, fondling myself. I realized after a bit that I was bigger than I was when I was "flaccid" i.e. I amsomewhat semi erect now, with some caressing, not pumping my penis size increased. I was under the impression that this no longer occurs with the implant. Just searching for comments on this. Thanks gents.

Yes it can happen. 8 weeks post implant have had morning wood on a few occassions. Not as much now that things are busy, but at least one prior to 4 weeks post.

If you look at the side effects of the surgery you will see that the implant will change your ability to have "normal" erections and "may" to prevent them. The nice word in there is may. Your doctor did a good job of putting the implant in without doing too much damage to the existing mechanism. You have had a bit of good fortune.

This migh indicate you have a lessened chance of having the dreaded, "floppy head".

I'm 10 days post op, and since leaving the hospital, I have been waking up with morning wood.
I did before surgery too, but they never lasted long. They would start to go away the more I woke up.
I like the fact that the old equipment is working with the new equipment!

I am 5 weeks and 6 days post implant.
I go tomorrow to learn how to use my new "Personality" at the Drs. Office.
My libido has been through the roof since 2 weeks out! I am noticing women I would never have noticed in the past!
I am experiencing additional "Wood" along with the pumped up condition while recovering.

Life is good and getting better!
