What I have left, at least it's hard
Prostate surgery 2017, full ED. Tried everything available nothing worked. In early 2019 had PCa BCR treated wth rad and ADT. Loss of libido resulted in tissue atrophy and developed a 45 degree dorsal PD curvature. Scheduled for implant in Jun 21 which was canceled and finally rescheduled for May 22. At that time extensive scaring was found and along with very narrow and shallow crus device options few. Had plication procedure as well to address PD. This process due to its nature always results in loss of size. In Jun 23, had revision from AMS to Titan with classic pump due to tight scrotum. Length went from just under 7 inches to 5 1/2 L and 5 girth. Happy with appearance and fact it works. Doing daily rehab to include VED. Believe had implant been done earlier a lot of issues would have been avoided.

Second IPP Titan / Genesis. Experienced pretty much everything negative up to implant. Lost @ 2 inches from plication and atrophy. Willing to show and tell just an ordinary penis. Wish I had IPP much sooner.

I was not a very big guy - maybe 5inches hard and I am sure I am going to lose size. But at this point a hard dick is better than a limp dick. Be proud of what you have! It works!
42 yr old. Type2 Diabetic. ED for over 10yrs. Cialis and Viagra stopped work. Tried Trimix March - July 2023 - which worked but hurt and required too much planing. Implanted on Nov 7, 2023 at UC Irvine with Dr. Yafi - Coloplast Titan 18cm - no extenders.

Nothing wrong with that dick, looks Great to me. I'm only 5.5" hard but like you, My Titan made it hard!
