Canadian (specifically Vancouver) implant doctors

Postby Dudtostud » Tue Oct 31, 2023 8:26 am

Hey y’all,

I’m stuck in Canada healthcare system. It’s so shitty, I may just go down south and pay and get this done right away.

I got an appointment with uro, but it’ll take 1-2 months to get the date and then another to see him as a consult! Faaak. Public healthcare works great for emergencies only!

Anyway any recommendations on how to navigate the Canadian healthcare system?

Thank you.

Good luck, not much better here in states, 2.5 mo for a consultation, then 3 more months for surgery. Real problem is too few Doctors.

Hey! Im from Ontario. To go with the public route (free implant) the urologist here said 1 year for first appoitnment then another 1-2 year wait list for surgery. So in Ontario its like 2-3 years for an implant.

I found a private urologist Dr Marois in Quebec. He's based in Montreal. I got my first appointment in 2 weeks and surgery wait was 1 month. I'm getting implanted tomorrow lol Wish me luck
Implanted Nov 1 2023. Penoscrotal. Ams 700 LGX. 100 CC reservoir.
Left side: 21 cm + 1 cm RTE = 22cm
Right side: 21 cm + 2cm RTE = 23cm

Are these Canadian docs any good? I would rather pay 20-30k and go see Hakky or Eid, just my opinion.
1967 model. Looking for futur options. Using Cialis or Viagra with Good/mix results with the bad side effects.
