I have a question about the AMS implant.

Will the AMS implant work well in a larger grith penis such as a 5.5" diameter?

Buddy:

Up to 5.5” girth you should be fine. Beyond that not so much.

My pre surgery dimensions were 6.85” L x 6.0” G

4 years later I am at 6.81” L (well, convert 17.3 cm) x 5.5 G.

I lost about half an inch in girth.

I am ok with how it turned out, however. The angle, the hardness, the return of all my length, the recovery, the reliability….those all get an A+.

Yeah a Titan might have given me more girth but when you check all the other boxes and still have 5 1/2” of thickness, you don’t cry about piddly shit.

If I had lost from 6” to 4” I’d be distressed. But I didn’t. If I went for as long as I go with this LGX, and still had 6” of girth…my wife would have a yeast infection 24/7 and I’d never get any.

Photo is in members only forum DOTD p. 99. I don’t really even remember what is was like to have a billy club cock. This one works better than fine.

Below 5 1/2 you’re fine with AMS. 5 1/2-6 is kind of a gray area. Past 6 it might need to be a Titan.

2 1/2 years without any problems - very satisfied. Have learned to pump to different levels of hardness depending on what we're doing. You also have the ability to pump to 'hardest possible' than bleed off (or add back) a little pressure for comfort for you and/or partner.
