Had you met with Dr Eid yet? In my case, he gave me a list of over 400 patients, names and phone numbers, who are willing to talk. I assume most of his patients have the Titan, since that appears to be his first choice in most cases. You could call some of the names on his list and ask... the sample size might be quite a bit higher than the responses you will get from this forum. I too have only worn boxers for most of my adult life, but I have decided I will change if its necessary.

It is time for an update. It has been about 17 months. My implant was too small. Before the surgery I was 8.5 inches long erect and 6.5 inches in girth. Dr Milam put in a 6-inch implant that left the whole end of my penis floppy and unsupported when the implant is inflated. I have learned to use a constriction ring (kok ring) at the base of my penis. This causes fluid to collect in the unsupported portion of my penis, giving some support. So this is a satisfactory arrangement....but not as good as a properly fitted implant. Im pretty happy. With the kok ring I am 8 inches long and close to 6 inches in girth. So I did lose size. Here are some pics for documentation of month 17.

Here are 2 flaccid pics....and a measurement pic.

Thanks for the update pictures Jerry. This past Wednesday I was released by Vanderbilt after my 6 month check up. Now it is a matter of time and healing to continue with the rehab process of lengthening, restoration of sensitivity and engorgement in the glans. I was fortunate in the fact my implant was sized so that the tips are more than half way into the glans.
I am comfortable with my recovery to date and confident that there will be continual improvement over the next 18 to 24 months. Time is the great healer

Going forward with optimism

I am at peace with my implant.....even though it is too small. Actually more than at peace......more like...very happy since finding out how to compensate for the mistake. But when this one fails I want one of the correct size implanted.

19 month update on my Coloplast Titan Implant. Cockring helps glans to inflate and helps stabalize upper shaft which lacks implant support since implant was too small.

Hey my man,
Looking to be in fine shape to me. Wish I knew how to upload pics. ;)
55 years old. ED since 2002 total venous leakage after penile fracture. Tried all the pills and injections all failed to help. Some success with VED, but felt too unnatural to both of us, seldom used. Implanted 06/21/12. Trying to wear IT out.
