Here is an update. Approaching 3 years on my implant. Still happy...so long as I use a home-made c ock ring. :D

Here are 3 different angles of my inflated implant.

This is an update of my implant. I am approaching 5 years post-surgery. In spite of the fact that my implant was mis-sized, I would still do this again. The implant was almost 2 inches too short for my shaft length, leaving the last 2 inches unsupported and floppy with full inflation. However, with the use of a constriction ring (made from a bicycle inner tube section) my penis is very usable. Blood actually fills, inflates and tightens the remaining 2 inches with the ring (as you can see in the pictures). Yes, now I am well pleased and will not have a replacement until this implant fails.

Here is a photo update. Implant, though too small, is still working satisfactorily after all these years, as long as c ock rings are used when I pump up. As you can see, I have changed from rubber rings made of inner tube sections to metal rope rings made of steel purchased cheaply at Lowe's. I am pleased that my penis is still sensitive, still gets veiny when engorged, and the glans still swells and flares. However this only happens when rings are used when the implant is pumped up..........................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Have you thought of having your implant changed to one that's correctly sized?

It is a lot easier and cheaper to just use the rings than to have a $40,000.00 surgery. If this implant fails I will have it replaced. This one works very well 2-3 times a day....LOL ;)

Makes sense, I'm glad its working for you.
At two or three times a day I'm sure your going to be replaying it sooner than later, as sounds like your going to wear it out. lol

Hi Genome,

Sorry if you already answered this question somewhere else in the thread, but I was curious how your urologist diagnosed you with a venous leak? Did they perform a dopplar ultrasound test? If so, were the results 100% unambiguous, or was there still some worry your ED might the result of some other issue.

Also, I'm curious if your implant has hindered you in any way shape or form since you got it?

Hey bud. If you read my whole thread you will see that my implant was almost 2 inches too short for my penis length. This caused major issues until I started using a c ock ring when I inflate. When I do this, blood inflates the portion of my penis that is not supported by the undersized implant.

If a tight c ock ring helps you maintain an erection, then you do have a venous leak. For me, Viagra etc.alone did not help because the blood leaked out as fast as it entered the penis. The constriction of a ring helped for a few years, then nothing worked well. In this case there is excellent reason to believe it is a venous leak. No ultrasound really needed to prove what is already evident. C ock rings assist if you have a small to moderate venous leak.

As I mentioned...for me, if I use a c ock ring, I get good erections, great sensitivity, flared head, fat penis. Would not be the case for me unless I used the ring because my implant was almost 2 inches too short for my length and girth.
