Quick questions:
-I know Dr Koenraad offers Rigicon, is there any particular reason you went with coloplast?
- How are you feeling now, 2 months later?
- I see that you workout a lot based on your pictures. After the implant, did you start by working out only your arms and avoiding working out any area near your implant, or you have any strategy about it?

cheers!

- Q1: Dr. van Renterghem advised Coloplast for me. I thought Coloplast was the only option for my size. I don't know if Rigicon implants are available in my size (pre-surgery 23cm length x 17cm circumference).
- Q2: see update.
- Q3: 6 weeks after surgery I started slowly; I was especially careful not to let the pressure on the core be too high at once, as this could lead to unwanted displacement of the reservoir.

1- Thank you so much for the updates! I'm glad you are doing great at 3 months!

2- Regarding the scar, do you have a noticeable scar on your scrotum? Or it healed nicely?

3- And have any of your sexual partners noticed that you had an implant until now?

4- Did you experience the famous "dog ears" from Coloplast?

About workout, are you already in full workout mode without problems, or have any restrictions?

Cheers and hope you have a great new year!

Update - 29 weeks after implant surgery.

More than seven months after implant surgery I am still very glad that I made this decision at the time. “I wish I had done this sooner”; the cliché applies to me as well.

Brief summary:

- The pain in the penis when fully inflating the cylinders is almost gone. Only when I have an (almost) 100% erection for a long time, it feels a bit unpleasant, but "pain" is too strong a word for that.

- Ejaculation and achieving orgasm during sex is still hard (I estimate that this happens about 1 in 4 times during sex). Some progress seems visible, but is slow. This may not only be the result of implant surgery. Before the operation I had difficulty with this as well, probably because I was forced to wear a cock ring to maintain my erection. I will have to learn this again.

- Length 22 cm, circumference 16 cm. The circumference has therefore remained the same in the past months, while the length has increased slightly. I don't expect to get my old girth back because it was greater than the maximum girth the Titan Coloplast can achieve. I knew this in advance and I am at peace with this.

- Before my operation I had changing partners. However, after the operation I am in a monogamous relationship. My girlfriend was aware I had the operation from the start, and we went through the (recovery) transition together over the past few months. Our sex life is very good. I do not know what it would have been like if I had continued to have short-lived affairs. A woman only has to feel your testicles once and she knows there's "something strange" there, so keeping it a secret doesn't seem like an option (if you even want to).

- Three days ago, Doctor Van Renterghem performed a ventral phalloplasty on me. After implant surgery in October, my scrotum consisted of "two floors": one for my testicles, and a floor lower for the pump of my prosthesis. By removing excess skin from the scrotum, the scrotum should now become one again. I was under general anesthesia during the operation and was allowed to go home the same day. There is a scar running along the length of my scrotum and lower part of my penis that will become less visible over time. In two weeks the stitches can be removed and I could have sex again, although that seems very soon to me; I cannot imagine that the suture could then be subjected to heavy loads.
I didn't have any pain at any time after the operation and I didn't take any painkillers. Today I exercised again (lightly), with the doctor's approval. Unfortunately, the insurance company refused to pay for this procedure (unlike the implant surgery) because it was considered "aesthetic".
