How to do Perito Excercises?

Greetings, FT Members !

I'm nearly five weeks post-surgery and have been actively cycling for almost four weeks. I'm seeking guidance on how to correctly perform perform Perito excercise. Could someone kindly provide instructions on the frequency, duration, repetitions, and any other useful tips for this exercise? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

he has several you tube videos to watch and shows and explains worth watching

On YouTube just enter Meet the Penis. That's the name of his video show.
Implanted with AMS 700 LGX on April 28, 2023. Viagra no longer worked and tried injections but didn't always work and felt achy.
