usually 15-18 pumps.
Radical Prostatectomy in 2015; failed pills, straight to Coloplast Titan in 2019 by Dr. Valenzuela in NYC, Replaced with AMS 700 CX in 2022 by Dr. Darshan Patel in San Diego, CA. Wish I jumped to an implant even before prostate cancer!

3 years in, I prefer slow deep pumps. Typically I can do 55 for comfortable stretch wait half hour do some dick bends and get 8 to ten more pumps in for some real stretching feel. Im at 6.75” at that point. An over all gain over a year ago of .25 . My youthful 30 something size was 7.25. I know its in there somewhere Lol. Enjoy the pumping and stretching.

74; ED at 50. Fired by 1st doc (Szobota - VA Uro) too many q's & contact w/ Coloplast rep. New doc: Ellen (VA Uro) implanted 11/8/18. 22cm Titan + 2cm RTEs; moron docs, product rep, intake/ dischg nurses! NEVER again! L- 6.75"; G- 5.5" oval.

Titan Implanted four years ago and need about 40 pumps for max hardness.
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.
