I think that a lot of the size loss depends on your surgeon sizing you correctly
and doing the cycling as you are told. Started pre surgery at a little over 7" and never lost any of the size.
Girth increased to 6" although oval shaped.
If you are sized correctly and cycle you will not lose any size.

For those of you who cycled daily and eventually regained some length, about how long did it take to see those results?

I believe that the size gain is gradual. So fairly slow, so slow that you'll only notice it all of a sudden one day in the future. I have a AMS CX. My 3 month follow up was actually at 3 1/2 months due to scheduling issues. Dr pulled out the ruler & I quickly told him that I didn't plan on measuring until 1 year had passed. But we agreed to measure.
I was about .5cm longer than my pre surgery stretch length. So factor in the shrinkage from surgery trauma then cycling the best that I could. A few weeks ago I added a VED once a day. The stretch discomfort increased so I think its helping.
I'm pretty firm on the no measuring but I'm sure that I'll sneak in a measurement occasionally.
For what little it might mean to you. I can tell that my girth has slowly been creeping up.
Please remember that growth is firmly linked to dedicated cycling that you MUST be dedicated at. You & only you can control any size increase. Its suprising at how much of your time it can take up.

I will add my understanding of size loss to this thread. I have posted to other threads in the past. Seems I did not to this thread. In the documents worth reading thread in the general discussion part of this forum are a number of publications about size loss. There are 3 different times that can result in size loss. First is prior to surgery. ED causes size loss. Penis exercise with a VED can slow down or even in some cases restore size loss from ED. During surgery there can also be size loss. A doctor can be conservative or aggressive in sizing. Some doctors will subtract or even add a slight amount or be more or less forceful with measuring. And there is a paper linking early activation after surgery with maintaining size or in other words showing longer waiting to activation causing lost size. And it is generally accepted that after a certain amount of time if a replacement is done a larger implant is generally used. The device used can also have a bit to do with size loss. It has been shown that the LGX device will expand in length more than the Titan.

As has been posted it can be a lot of work with penis exercise prior to surgery using a VED and cycling work after surgery. During surgery it is up to the doctor. If you are lucky enough to have or be able to go to a very good doctor that sizes aggressively then you should be good in that part of it.

As for me with using VED prior to surgery and my doctor with a 19 day activation and a LGX device I had gains out past a year. As was posted this is a very slow process. It is a bit faster in the first months. You can in some cases find gains by measuring each week after you start cycling if you are not having any trouble. Or for the first few weeks after you are cycling well. Then you can drop that back to every month. I have read post though that men did not gain any size post op after they were up and cycling well. I guess they were not aggressively sized or a bit undersized. Scarring and plaque can also be a problem and cause size loss. That is very difficult to break up and can take a lot of time or permanently cause size loss. The mans penis health then would be another part of this.

Go to the documents worth reading thread and spend some time reading. If you are considering an implant follow the penis exercise publication. Look for the best doctor available to you. And do your cycling work when you are cleared to do so. If you already have an implant all you can do is your cycling work.

I was 6.5 pre-op and when we inflated it in my doctors office for the first time 6 weeks out, I barely broke 4". I honestly fell into an incredible depression for a few weeks. I went to Miami to have Dr. Perito give it a look and he answered many questions that my doctor didn't. He said he would have done a few things different but told me to do his excersizes twice a day. I am now over 4 months post op and thankfully I have cracked 5". It has been a slow and very painful process, but I hope that it continues to get closer to my actual size.

Truthfully? Plan on a year.

It’s real gradual. And even after 3.5 years I still feel some stretch.

I am basically back to my best-erection-ever length, or at least within .05 inches of it. I tell people at this point in time, it’s not a loss, it’s a measurement error.

I did lose some girth but that’s just the LGX instead of a Titan. I’d be more annoyed but damn, it looks good, works better, and if you can’t please someone with 5.5” girth they can’t be pleased.

What kind/model of VED are you using?

They are pretty much all the same. Just a plastic cylinder. Brand doesn't matter. I bought mine online. Make sure that you get one that the inside is one size larger than your best ever girth. Don't get optimistic about length. Just longer than your best erection. A gage on the pump is important. A flared base sure helps it from hurting you pubic bone. My pump didn't work very well. I bought an automotive one. It wasn't great. I'l now using one that does not have a name on it. It seems to work the best of the three pumps that I've used.

I have one of the automotive type with a gauge. These are a pistol grip type and I have to be really careful to squeeze the lever really slow. As they were designed for automotive use they apply vacuum very fast. Not a good thing for your penis as this can damage the supper fine blood vessels. They just can't move blood fast enough and will rupture. Go very slow and keep the vacuum low. Too much vacuum will many times start with little spots visible in your glans. Do a web search on damage caused by VED use. I also have a medical grade type electric VED. It is made by Encore and is a lot more affordable than the other true medical grade devices. It does not have a gauge with it. Cost for it is around $125. The automotive type with a gauge like the one I have is around $25 on Amazon.
