One Year Out - Perito Revision

Postby Satch13 » Thu Jun 29, 2023 7:05 pm

Was implanted last May 17th, 2022 by my local urologist who claimed implants were his favorite surgery. 9 months later one cylinder crossed over the other cylinder after it came out of the corporal cavity. It was a complete mess, and needless to say, devastating that I would have to do the surgery again. I had an AMS 700 for this first implant.

Fortunately I live in South Florida and immediately went to see Dr. Perito. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered, he is confident yet humble, kind and caring. He got me scheduled quickly and I had the revision done 5 weeks ago. Titan 22 cm installed this time.

Second surgery was much easier even though Perito said my scrotum was a complete scarred mess. Just began cycling cause he wanted me to wait to heal more before starting. Size is already coming back and the girth from the Titan is noticeably bigger.

Lesson is: Go to one of the best or you are risking your manhood.
56 year old implanted 5/19/22 with Sean Sawh, MD in Palm Beach Gardens. AMS700. Failed 9 months later. Dr. Perito revision 5/17/23.

Do you notice any change in sensation due to the injuries?
I was born in 1974. I've had venous leak ED since early 30's, but managed with pde5 inhibitors until mid 40's. I have fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is worldwide acknowledged expert Dr. Laurence Levine

Sensitivity seems close to how it was before. Will be interesting when I have sex next week for the first time.

How was it? :)
30 YO,

Hourglass peyronies from stretching. Losing girth.

Five years of enjoyment out of his fine work. Everything he did for me was top shelf even the hospital.
