Bulge issue - PLS advise

Any idea what this bulge is? I can feel two tubes in there or perhaps one tube and a bundled up cylinder?

It straightens out a bit when inflated.

I have had a lot of issues and am just collecting as much information as I can for when I see my surgeon next week.

Any advice is appreciated.

If then when you inflate to 80/90/100 it disappears it's normal, for me they can be seen when I'm inflated to 20/30/40% in some positions

I can feel a slight bulge at the same place but I don’t see it like this. Not sure if this helps.
42 yr old from India, Ed since many years.
Coloplast Titan 22 cms one touch pump no rte; implanted by Dr. Billy Cordon in Miami on 02-March-2023. Found Dr. Cordon on reco from Dr. Eid after he fell sick.
