Misoprostal and implants

I've read in some posts about using misoprostal to increase blood flow to the glans after having a penile implant. Apparently it comes in pill form and has to be prepared in some way. Will someone please explain how that is done? And how is it administered? Thanks.

I do not have an implant but simply dissolving one pill in a mil of water and splooshing into urethra should do it. and of course for implanters the only thing to swell will be the urethra/glans.

Jimstars put me onto Miso about six months ago (thank you Jim!) I read an article about painting it on (vs injecting) which is what I do, with very good results! if you want the article and my detailed process, just pm me.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
