Finally managed to get a surgery slot in Toronto with Dr.Yonah K on the 21st of this month.

Pre-op meeting next week with a nurse(I am assuming).

Good luck! My pre op was done with nurse and the surgeon both. Have you been stretch tested? Or have they done a penile doppler to measure your size before surgery?

Good luck captain!! Its been on other threads but, frozen peas to ice with, baby socks and loose sweat pants/ gym shorts are a must. A pillow between your knees for sleeping was nice.

Good luck! Out of curiosity, could you share a timeline of all appointments you had with Dr. Yonah before the actual surgery date? I'm curious how long the process takes in Ontario and how long you've had to wait for the surgery.

Radical Prostatectomy in 2015; failed pills, straight to Coloplast Titan in 2019 by Dr. Valenzuela in NYC, Replaced with AMS 700 CX in 2022 by Dr. Darshan Patel in San Diego, CA. Wish I jumped to an implant even before prostate cancer!

Those first few weeks it seems like time just drags by. You'll constantly be thinking about your dick and the healing seems oh-so slow as you take it day by day. Then one day you wake up and you're 4 or 5 months postop, like me, and that period seems like a distant memory and well worth it!
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

Good luck captain! For my pre-op i wrote down all the questions I wanted to ask. Somehow earlier I would go blank when I would see the doctor for my ED.
You should ask him about how he will deal with rte, whether is ok to trim cylinder if needed, how will be size you?, does he have the option to discard an implant if he feels it is not the best size for you etc.

Follow all instructions to the T. This will soon be a thing in the past! Best wishes from my side.

Appreciated. Though I am not sure if the surgeon is going to meet me today or other doctors for health checks for surgery clearance.
