Exactly three weeks today:

The pain is going away and HOPE is getting brighter.
3 more weeks to heal before follow-up with surgeon and deflation/inflation training.

I observed good glans engorgement in spite of soreness. I
It took a bit of stimulation and longer than usual to get the glans engorged. The entire penis felt natural during the process.

Still continuing the Tylenol.
Looking forward to follow-up appointment with the surgeon on 3 weeks mark and green light to use it.

Captain my Captain, I’m glad you are doing great and well on the way to use your new Bionic Dick lol. Glad you are getting some early engorgement of your Glans, I started noticing more at around 6 months for me, but I’m older. Keep doing well and update us when you can.

I am close to 8 weeks now.
Had a second follow-up with my surgeon.Explained to him my inflation issues.

He checked the implant tip placement, pump placement, and incision healing. He was explaining these to his junior doctor. All pretty good.

Then he started pumping. I felt a minor discomfort..his pump finger pressure was higher than mine. I noticed the erection angle wasn't not what I was expecting but the length did look longer. He said the erection was really sturdy and strong(that I already knew). Length and erection angle and ability to inflate max was my concern. He said length and angle will improve with daily inflation.

He also told that I can email him anytime and visit again if I need.

Hopefully, that comes true in next few months.

At my recent 3 month follow up. My dr also was able to inflate me a pump or two more than the max that I could do.
My main fault was I was pumping too far out on my fingers. You have a lot more leverage if you position the bulb on the lowest knuckle that you can.
Another up side is that each pump moves more fluid. So I get fuller with fewer pumps. Fewer pumps reduces the tenderness to your scrotal skin.
The new method is better all around for me.
