The CLIMAX!!!
I’m not worried about it but I wondered about you for the first time coming. It has been 10 weeks since my surgery and nothing yet. I heard it takes about 6 months to a year sometimes. I still enjoy sex anyway and could still go on forever but would like the feeling of satisfaction again and so would my wife. So…
1. How long after your surgery did you climax for the first time?
2. Did you take any medication to help it along?
3. Do you have any tips or tricks that could help us all climax or climax easier?
4. If you have never come after a climax at all, how many months has it been after your surgery with no climax?
5. If you never climax again, do you and your partner still enjoy sex anyway?

I know everybody is different and really haven’t read any regrets on this website. So please let’s share the knowledge so we can all learn something.

128 days, if I masturbate I can't reach orgasm, it starts to hurt 80% of the time, if I fuck I can reach orgasm if I don't hold back 90% of the time, if I hold back to stretch at the end I don't I reach orgasm more because the discomfort begins which turns into pain, you have to have a lot of patience, I missed it and I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown, when I receive oral sex instead of having pleasure it bothers me, if it doesn't get better I am very sorry I did it, I did it to stop taking pde5 instead I find myself taking pde5 again and more to have engorgement of the glans, for the doctor it's all right, and thanks the fuck he's screwed up the money now and there's nothing left to do, now I find myself praying and making myself happy, for those who come after me my advice is to get the implant only when your cock is dead, I don't know how many implantologists there are out there honest and conscientious, I believe very few, be careful, there is no turning back from this thing

For some guys ,including me, our glans did not engorge after implant. If that is an issue for you, you might find that an engorged glans can increase sensitivity and make orgasms possible. We use a variety of meds/methods to achieve engorgement. If you run a search on "glans engorgement" on this forum you will find lots of info.

All...a relatively quick response to some...longer for others. I'm no psychiatrist nor surgeon...just a guy implanted late in 2018. Most of my 'problems' with ED was mental; foreplay got me hard enough for intercourse and I worked well when the physical and psychological sexual stimulation continued throughout until orgasm. When my brain got between my excitement and ejaculation, I was 'screwed'. Was I being gentle enough? Were my fingernails scraping her/ his nether regions? Did my breath or underarms stink? Was I thrusting too much/ too fast/ too deep? Was she/ he journeying up the orgasm hill with me...would/ should we cum together? I didn't cum the last time we made love...does that mean she/ he is waiting for me or expecting to even the running score?

Tooooooooo damn many questions that should never be considered when two people have sex. Sure, the movies and books create the ideal mood, process and results. Real life rarely mirrors that script or scenario. Granted that after 50+ years of marriage the 'spontaneity' that my wife sought from day 1 weighed on my mind more than it should have. My suggestion is this: honestly discuss intercourse with your partner...mild to wild should be explored and limits known (not guessed at) when 'getting it on' is the evening (or anytime for that matter) activity. Neither I nor my wife ever did this. It's 2023 and while I still don't endorse pregnancy or having children before marriage I DO encourage discussion and exploratory activity before the nuptials so that there are NO surprises. Couples have and will continue to remain together in matrimonial bonds for years and not have an enthusiastic sexual relationship. IMHO it's not healthy...neither physically nor mentally.

Anyway...to the question at hand...I combined (or rather my surgeon did) an IPP and the removal of penoscrotal webbing that resulted in a 4-5" scar running down the underside of my penis from about an inch down from my glans into my scrotum. Healing went pretty quickly so when I was 3 weeks post-op the urge to masturbate exceeded my will power to resist. I made a circle with my thumb and index finger and took a look at a great porn flick. BOOM! Done and done. Great result with no regret! Problem resulted when I was totally healed at week 6. Where before the procedure I had excellent erotic feeling along the entire length of my penis, now the entire underside of my shaft where the scar remained was numb. No feeling at all. Some feeling remains on my shaft's top but, for the most part, the rest is gone. For the sake of total transparency, I no longer worry about anyone but my own feelings during intercourse. Life's too short (I'm 76) to worry that every sexual encounter will be perfect!

Just my opinion born of my own experiences...and I'm stickin' to it!

Frank, all of us heal different, as for me I still had numbness and pain out to the 6 month. I kept wondering if I would be able to have max inflation for more than 20 minutes without a lot of pain in the tips of my Glans. Until I got past the 6 month point, I couldn’t pump up to the max and wait more than 10 minutes to have sex, because I would definitely start hurting during sex because then I would be close to 20 minutes fully inflated. I don’t worry about the engorgement of the Glans, but it is nice when the Glans do get engorged naturally when aroused.
I do believe you need to give it time. I did and now I can go 1.5 hours fully inflated with no pain.
Hang in there!

hello sworks17, the pain I feel seems to go away neither at 6 nor at 12 nor at 24 months, it even hurts when I receive an oral, I can inflate to 100% for 1 hour without pain, but if they give me a blowjob even at 80% gradually after 10 minutes it starts to hurt, if I fuck it hurts less, but I can do no more than 20 minutes, always inflated to 80/90%, if I hold back to lengthen the coitus I no longer reach the orgasm, if I come out of my pussy or ass to cum in my mouth I can no longer reach orgasm, yet I'm almost at 4.5 months

Sorry everyone. Should have been more clear. I mean a climax through intercores. Not masterbating. And since my last post I climaxed for a second time with intercores. Just as good as the first and I didn't worry about it one bit. :)
69 years old. Had Full ED for 3 years. Tried pills and injection.
Had my infrapubic implant surgery March 17 2023 with AMS 700 LGX. (so far so good)
