Swollen back up

Postby Entourage » Tue May 30, 2023 12:54 pm

Hello

Day 29
After too much with pain and not able to go to work for 4 weeks. In a mess TBH. Pump still stuck to my scrotum which isn't a good sign as I have read. Went to meet the doc the other day he prescribed me with some more med. Still in pain. What's scares me the most is that I have started to be swollen in the shaft again. I had pretty much recovered in the middle only had pain for the pump stuck to mu scrotum. The skin feels weird in the while penis shaft. I was on extra 7 days of anti biotics.
I will Just be going for the malleable if they have to pull this out. I don't have the strength to battle a 3 piece again. I was 6.5 measured after the 3 piece was put in. But rn 5. I was in pain the whole 4 weeks and on the highest doses of pain meds every 6 hours.

Im noticing huge changes in skin and penile shaft swollenness. Penile head area is swollen on one side.

anyone who had to take their implant out due to complications what are my best chances to restore some length.

Thank you
Dr.Clavell is Ana amazing doctor. I would recommend him any day. If anything does happen I blame no one there are always risks in surgeries. Like Eid said its like a Russian roulette. Keep me in your prayers.

Entourage I read and re-read your post trying to decide if i could respond without being perceived as a prick. You're only 30 days out and have not given yourself sufficient time to recover and you're letting your mind jump to negative conclusions. Is it possible your lengthy list of symptoms is an indicator of complications sure anything possible but odds are your conclusions are premature. Your symptoms are not unheard of at this early stage.

Reach out to your Dr. who will give you the best advice, mine is only an opinion. Chill out no matter what you always have options to a solution. GL.

Did dr. Clavell suspect it to be an infection? Pain and swelling are not always signs of infection. Change in skin color could be due to the antibiotic use.
Every one of us had a different level of pain and the recovery can be harder for some of us. Just keep your doctor posted and hopefully, by 6 weeks, you will be alright.

Yes but what did the doctor say was the cause of your symptoms?

Doc texted me today asking how I was doing.

So the only pain which was a 10 was in my scrotum for the pump being stuck. Penile shaft pain was little to none. Tips did hurt early in the morning only.

But as of now the shaft got swollen and hurts and this is a diffrent kind of pain. One I had after surgery. Skin is pulp and tight with a diffrent texture. I know I seemed panicked in the beginning but now I can see the changes.

Doc told me to start warm baths and see what changes it brings.

I am scared because I haven’t read anyone at 30 days going through what I am.

You're still very early in your recovery.
People's bodies react differently to surgery and stress.

Keep your doctor informed of any changes, and follow his instructions. Most likely you'll be fine in a few more weeks or months.
Either way, it's a lifelong journey. The recovery time will seem minor when you're getting many years of pleasure from your newfound ability.

God Bless.

For the first 2 months my scrotum was stuck to the pump and my left nut and swelling went up and down in my shaft and loads of painh, i was always worried about infections etc. You are very early in recovery, relax and it will be fine.

If I could do it over I think I would go with a mallable. The AMS 700 LGS pump is digging into my perinium when I sit. It also bangs on my thigh like a door knocker sometimes. Hoping something will get better as I'm only entering week 5 and it's been pumped up all the time so far until Monday doctor visit.
Implanted with AMS 700 LGX on April 28, 2023. Viagra no longer worked and tried injections but didn't always work and felt achy.
